Live Our +1 Credo

Black people having a discussion

Acceptance and tolerance are created by actively expanding our boundaries of understanding. Add +1 thing to things you do every day- read a book you wouldn't otherwise read, listen to a song you wouldn't otherwise listen to, or sponsor a diverse colleague.

Intentional Bias Training

While many firms use unconscious bias training for diversity and inclusion, it often falls short. Amy C. Waninger, CEO of Lead at Any Level, suggests that training should also guide employees in overcoming biases and challenging damaging assumptions.
